Pil install the headers or library files could not be found for jpeg mac

I have Pip currently installed in P圜harm at 19.0.3 I tried the latest version 20.0.2 and that failed, I managed to install openpyxl in P圜harm with pip 19.0.3 but can't do pillow, pyscreeze or pyautogui. I also have it working in a Python 2.7 interpreter in P圜harm that came bundled with ArcMap. I have it working in IDLE where I installed it from the command line. I cannot install PyAutoGUI with a 3.8 interpreter.

I have been using IDLE up til recently after reading Al Sweigart's book but have moved to using P圜harm as was recommended by a colleague.
